01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and key4d ("key4d", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the key4d website located at https://key4d.click and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, 4D lottery, slot games, and promotional features (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, making deposit, or accessing any feature of key4d, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the key4d platform.

• "Balance" means the total sum of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required by key4d before withdrawal privileges are activated.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover") means the number of times a bonus amount or deposit+bonus amount must be staked before a withdrawal can be requested.

03 Account Eligibility

Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds returned, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

3.2 Eligibility Criteria

By registering an account on key4d, you represent and warrant that you:

• Are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent of any third party;

• Have not previously had an account suspended or closed by key4d due to a breach of these Terms.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the key4d Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent suspension. If you believe you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, you must contact our support team immediately via live chat.

04 Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Account Registration

To access the Services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address (Malaysian address preferred for MYR account holders), and a valid email address or mobile phone number.

4.2 KYC Documentation

• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official document confirming your residential address (dated within 3 months);
• Payment Method Verification: Where applicable, evidence that the payment method used for deposits belongs to you (e.g., screenshot of your Touch'n Go eWallet, bank account statement showing your name).

4.3 Verification Timeline

key4d will endeavour to complete KYC verification within one (1) business day of receiving all required documents. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is successfully completed. key4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time in accordance with its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

05 Account Use & Security

5.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account login details with any other person. key4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

5.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify key4d immediately via live chat. key4d reserves the right to suspend an account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorised access or fraudulent activity.

5.3 Account Activity Monitoring

key4d continuously monitors account activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, money laundering, match-fixing, or other fraudulent behaviour. Where such patterns are detected, key4d may suspend the account, void affected bets, and withold funds pending investigation.

06 Deposits & Payments

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

key4d accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX bank transfer (including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at key4d's discretion.

6.2 Minimum & Maximum Deposits

Minimum deposit thresholds vary by payment method. E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) have a minimum ofRM 30. Bank transfers (FPX, DuitNow) have a minimum of RM 50. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) have a minimum equivalent of approximately USDT 30. Maximum deposit limits may vary by account tier and verification status.

6.3 Deposit Processing

E-wallet deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits via FPX or DuitNow are generally processed within 5–15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are processed following the required number of network confirmations, typically within 15–30 minutes. key4d does not charge deposit fees on its end; third-party transaction fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.

6.4 Currency

All accounts on key4d are denominated in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time of processing. key4d does not guarantee any specific exchange rate.

07 Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are only available to Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests will not be processed from accounts with outstanding KYC documentation requirements or accounts under investigation.

7.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals will be processed using the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy is in place to comply with anti-money laundering requirements. key4d reserves the right to require additional verification before processing a withdrawal to a new or previously unused payment method.

7.3 Processing Times

key4d endeavours to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5–15 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals via FPX or DuitNow within 5–30 minutes during operating hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times. During high-volume periods or system maintenance, processing may take longer.

7.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amounts and daily/weekly limits apply and may vary by account tier and VIP level. Players at higher VIP tiers (Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Royal Black Diamond) benefit from higher single-transaction and daily withdrawal limits.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by key4d are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements. By opting into a bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the stated wagering requirement (rollover) has been met. Wagering requirements vary by promotion type: sports betting bonuses typically carry a rollover of 8x–12x the bonus amount; casino and slot bonuses typically carry a rollover of 20x–30x. The applicable rollover multiplier for each offer is clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.

8.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. key4d reserves the right to exclude any account from a promotion at its sole discretion, particularly where suspicious activity or bonus abuse is detected. Only one bonus offer may be active per account at any given time unless otherwise specified.

8.4 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in the voiding of bonus funds and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; wagering on both sides of an outcome using multiple accounts; using automated betting software to exploit bonus structures; or any other conduct that key4d, in its reasonable judgement, deems to constitute bad-faith use of a promotion.

09 Betting Rules

9.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on key4d are subject to acceptance by key4d. key4d reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet for any reason, including but not limited to: exceding stated maximum stakes; identified arbitrage or value-betting activity at scale that indicates exploitation rather than recreational play; or technical errors in pricing.

9.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled according to the official results declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, the English Premier League, UFC, Magnum, Da Ma Cai for4D). In the event of a dispute over the result of an event, key4d's settlement decision, based on available official information, shall be final.

9.3 Voided Bets

key4d reserves the right to void bets where a palpable error in odds has occurred, where an event is cancelled or abandoned without completion, where the result of an event is subsequently found to have been affected by match-fixing, or where a technical error has affected the integrity of the market.

9.4 Live Betting

Bets placed on live (in-play) markets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Due to the real-time nature of live betting, there may be brief delays in odds updates. key4d is not liable for differences between displayed odds and final settlement odds where those differences arise from legitimate market movement rather than a technical error.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the key4d Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or referal to relevant authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insiderinformation betting;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Attempting to launder money through the Platform or using funds from illegal sources;
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform;
• Attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN or other circumvention tool;
• Impersonating key4d employees, agents, or other Players.

11 Responsible Gambling

key4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and must not be used as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses. Gambling carries inherent risk, and all wagers may result in the total loss of the staked amount.

key4d provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible through your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total funds you may deposit;
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the total amount you may lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after defined period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account and opt out of all key4d communications.

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by key4d

key4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent activity, or where the account poses a risk to other players or the integrity of the Platform.

12.2 Termination by Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting key4d support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be refunded to the payment method on file, subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately. Any clauses of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including provisions relating to Limitation of Liability, Prohibited Conduct, and Dispute Resolution — shall remain in full force and effect.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, key4d, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other economic loss, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

key4d's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

key4d does not guarantee that the Platform will be continuously available, free from errors, or that any particular result will be achieved through the use of the Services. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

14 Privacy & Data

key4d's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge and consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, key4d collects personal data necessary for account operation, KYC compliance, AML monitoring, payment processing, and the provision of support services. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. All personal data is stored securely and processed in accordance with applicable data protection principles.

15 Amendments to These Terms

key4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, key4d will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with clause 12.2.
